In Newtown Square, parties protestant received calls and a paper mailing from Thaddeus Bartkowski about a presentation is making at the next
board of supervisors meeting. According to the call I received, he explained that he was going to submit plans for a single board system, likely electronic as he used the terms "dynamic" and "exciting".

The time is 7:30 PM and it will be held in the same location as the zoning board hearings are held.
